Bought a mojo 2. Needed to contact tech support. There is no technical support at all. It is impossible to get anything from them. Everything is very sad.

Worked here a few years ago for one of my first ever jobs after becoming a father when i was 18. After a while of being there, i was called for a chat by John, the owner.
He said he was happy with my work.. however in his next breath proceeded to tell me i need to lose weight! And if i did i would recieve a payrise! Shocking coming from a man of a big build himself.

My SPM1200c amplifier must be 25 years old and it failed. Chord took the amplifier in to service, repaired and restored.
Impressive in terms of initial longevity and also support. I hate companies that take failure as an opportunity to sell.

I am using the online form to contact you regarding a faulty preamp, sent it twice already…you say on the website that you aim to respond in 48 hours, but it’s been almost two months and nobody bothered to reply or contact me. Lousy customer service!

Had my first chord dac well built amazing sound. Customer service very good as i did have to contact them but very quick at getting back.

I purchased a Mojo and loving every minute of it. Contacted Chord and received Excellent after sales service from a fellow named Edd. Kudos on the products and your support thanks again Edd for your care and attention.
